The purpose of the management and organization program; in relation to business life; to train appropriately qualified Business Management Professional Personnel who will assist in the management of companies, public institutions, universities, non-governmental organizations and other similar organizations or who can open and run a business on their own behalf.

The main objectives of this program are to train individuals who

• can be responsible for managerial assistant and mid-level management in businesses, 
• will support the business management in the management of the business process with the efficient use of resources, time and workforce, 
• know the basic principles of business administration, 
• use modern technology related to the business profession, 
• have command of the legislation related to the profession and knowing their legal responsibilities, 
• recognize documents used in commercial life, 
• are equipped with information that can follow economic developments, 
• is able to research and develop individually or as a group in matters related to the field, 
• will be able to open and run a business on behalf of or as an intermediate staff to assist management in the management and administration of business life and public administration

Students who graduate from this program; with the Vertical Transfer Exam (DGS), they can transfer to undergraduate programs of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences such as Business Administration, Economics, Public Administration, Labor Economics and Industrial Relations and Econometrics.
